Natalie founded Scenario One in 2017  to support business leaders and entrepreneurs in taking their organisations to the next level.

Natalie brings unique skills and deep experience to her clients, including her Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® certification, executive 1-2-1 and team coaching,  blue-chip executive, management consulting, business coaching, and entrepreneurial experience.

Natalie has been responsible for developing teams from her early career. Her knowledge and experience building high-performance teams have always been hands-on, leading from the front, collaborating with colleagues, and in partnership with learning development experts.

 

Natalie set up Scenario One shortly after completing a professional certificate in coaching at Henley Business School, where she had previously completed her MBA.

Prior to her appointment as an Authorised Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® Partner, Natalie has previously completed hundreds of client DISC profiles using the Assessments 24*7 platform.

Natalie had personally experienced the power of executive coaching and emotional intelligence profiling as an executive at The Walt Disney Company, where she spent seven years as Vice President with global responsibility in the media division.

​

She worked as a senior executive in the privately owned Conde Nast media group following her time with Disney and has held executive positions at Eversheds Sutherland and Iyuno SDI Media.

​

Natalie co-founded her own technology business and has operated a business coaching franchise.

​

Before her executive career, Natalie spent several years as a management consultant with Price Waterhouse, working with clients on international engagements.
